These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Amari Learning World app ("the app") offered by Closer Than You Think™. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian creating an account for your child, you agree to these Terms on your own behalf and on behalf of your child.

The app provides interactive books, songs, affirmations, coloring, learning activities, printables, and related family content for children. Some content is available free, and some requires a membership or one-time purchase. We may add, change, or remove features and content over time.

Only a parent or guardian may create an account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. You can delete your account and its data at any time from the Parent Dashboard (Settings → Delete Account); deletion is permanent.

Memberships and products may be purchased through the app. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel anytime. Except where required by law, purchases of digital content are generally non-refundable once delivered or unlocked.

You agree not to misuse the app: no attempting to bypass purchase or content restrictions, no scraping or reselling content, no interfering with the app's operation, and no using the app in any way that harms children or other users.

All content in the app — stories, characters, illustrations, songs, printables, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use content for personal, family, non-commercial purposes only. For questions about using our content commercially, contact us through the in-app Contact page.

The app is designed for use with a parent or guardian's consent. Sensitive areas such as purchases, subscriptions, and account settings are protected by a parent gate. We do not show third-party advertising to children.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
